Dornan is recruiting a Quality Lead / Manager for a major data centre project on the outskirts of Dublin. Dornan is a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor delivering projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe in sectors including Pharma, Power, Data Centres and Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

Establish, implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans in line with client specifications.
Communicate all contract quality requirements to project teams and provide guidance on implementation.
Work closely with the client on quality matters, ensuring consistent communication and managing queries or issues.
Review, audit and monitor compliance with the Quality Plan, working with the Dornan auditing team.
Coordinate inspection and testing programmes, including witness point scheduling and client attendance.
Lead the resolution of all project quality issues across the project management and site teams.

What We Are Looking For

Third‑level qualification or relevant industry experience.
Experience in Data Centres, Industrial or Power projects (essential).
Electrical background beneficial but not required (80% electrical / 20% mechanical bias).
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to deliver clear progress reports.
