Your day to day will include:
- Lead site-based MEP works, ensuring adherence to the site safety plan and statutory regulations
- Set, monitor, and enforce exemplary safety standards among MEP teams and subcontractors
- Ensure operatives and subcontractors have the correct training and certifications to undertake their duties
- Take responsibility for MEP health and safety compliance, toolbox talks, and incident reporting

- Plan and coordinate daily and weekly activities to align with the construction programme
- Review MEP materials and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications before installation
- Minimise material and operational waste to control costs
- Produce weekly lookaheads for upcoming MEP works
- Attend and chair MEP coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Monitor and ensure MEP installations are completed to the required quality and in line with design specifications
- Support commissioning and testing activities to ensure systems are operational and compliant
- Assist with documentation and handover of MEP systems to the client
What we are looking for:
- Relevant qualification in either mechanical or electrical discipline
- Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, installation methodologies, and commissioning processes
- Site-based construction management experience within MEP disciplines
