Preferred suppliers must have entered a contractual relationship with Dornan for the purpose of placing candidates and received instruction from the Talent Acquisition team to submit candidates for a vacancy via Dornan’s applicant tracking system agency portal. Candidate CV’s and profiles should not be sent to any individual at Dornan via any other means other than the agency portal. We would like to remind you of your responsibilities in relation to Data Protection and Privacy. Please see Dornan’s privacy notice for further details Privacy Policy - Dornan Engineering. As the data controller you must ensure you have collected the relevant consent from the data subjects before submitting any personal data to Dornan for the purpose laid out in this communication. All unsolicited CV's or proposals received via other means will be deleted. As such, Dornan reserves the right to engage with any candidate speculatively submitted by a third party outside of our approved preferred suppliers. Such contact will not constitute acceptance of any contractual arrangement between Dornan and the supplier, and Dornan will not be liable for any fees whatsoever.
