At Dornan we are currently recruiting for a EHS Administrator to work on our data centre in Groningen.
Dornan are a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Europe, and the UK. Dornan are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical.
You will join a hard-working ambitious team and you will benefit from a supportive culture, where your ideas and contributions will be recognised.
Your day to day will include:
- Build and control EHS admin and reports.
- Assisting with Inspection Scheduling and Coordination of the on-site EHS team.
- Liaise with client and Dornan subcontractor Doc. Control to manage the status of review of EHS requirement.
- Good document practice and technical review of all EHS project deliverable requirements are being met.
- Support EHS department with process.
- Track the flow of all EHS documentation and project deliverables.
- Daily Updating of EHS trackers and registers.
- All other reasonable tasks assigned to you from time to time from your manager.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working within a Safety or Quality Department would be an advantage.
- Highly organised individual with the ability to work autonomously.
- Detailed knowledge of the Project Administration role.
- Preparation of reports and memorandums.
- IT literate - particularly with MS Office suite.
- Good administration skills.
